We employ a team in the following positions in our restaurant in Burlington's New North End:
Prep + Line Cooks
Our cooks are enthusiastic about food, are detail oriented, team players with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
The job includes:
- Prepping ingredients for the line
- Fulfilling and expediting orders
- Boxing or plating and finishing dishes
- Keeping the kitchen organized and clean
Experience on the line is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates!
Front of House Staff
Our front of house staff are:
- Enthusiastic about food and bringing a friendly and fun dining experience to the New North End of Burlington
- Thrive in fast paced environments
- Detail oriented
- Have a sophisticated understanding about food, beverage and table service
The job includes ...
- Providing table service with care and efficiency
- Greeting customers and providing take-out service
- Working nights and weekends
Experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidates! Must be 18 plus for the server position.
Bartenders and Bar-Backs
Our bartenders and bar-backs:
- Thrive behind a busy bar
- Prepare delicious cocktail recipes, keeping the menu current and seasonally appropriate
- Work diligently to properly set up, maintain and break down the bar area
- Can jump into work with a positive attitude
The job includes
- Batching cocktails
- Learning new specialty cocktails
- Prepping and breaking down the bar
- Receiving food and drink orders from bar guests
